Return Policy

RETURN PROCESS 

To initiate a return contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please make sure to state your full name and your original order number in your message. 

We will contact you within 3 days, and provide you with a return address and a return authorization number (RA). Please make sure to include the RA number when returning the item(s). No return will be accepted without a RA number.

USED ITEMS

Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless item(s) received were damaged/faulty.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the item(s) received were damaged/faulty.

REFUNDS PROCESSING 

Approved refunds for which the customer has received a return authorization number (RA), will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit card used. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account. 

As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you via email and process it within 3 days. Normally, the credit should show on your credit card account within 10 days after we receive your returned product(s), but could take longer to show up on your billing statement depending on your billing cycle. 

Credits issued to a PayPal account should reflect on your account immediately, but according to PayPal, it could still take up to 30 days for you to receive your funds.
